Pam David
Personal Trainer
Pam is a certified personal trainer at the Paperny Family JCC who grew up in Calgary and was always very active, playing soccer and doing gymnastics. She continued on her love of fitness into adulthood by running, practicing yoga, and completing triathlons – including Ironman Canada. She believes that daily physical activity plays a role in all aspects of our health, including mental and emotional wellbeing. Although our schedules are full, exercise should be incorporated to become routine. A personal and professional goal for her is to support others looking to achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals. Pam’s daily routine includes playing with the family dog, gardening, and meditation.
