Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yield: 24 cookies
Ingredients
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup pumpkin seed butter
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1¼ cup flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¾ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup of chocolate chippits, or sunflower seed or nuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Thoroughly whisk together the butter, pumpkin seed butter, sugar, brown sugar, and egg.
- Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix into the wet ingredients.
- Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of cookie dough onto a baking sheet.
- Flatten each cookie with a fork in a criss cross pattern, and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove cookies to a baking rack or paper towel to cool.
