Dreamy Strawberry Fudge
Yes, dessert can be healthy too! Made with just three ingredients, this Dreamy Strawberry Fudge recipe is vegan, gluten / dairy-free, does not need to be baked, and is super-easy!

Ingredients
- Chopped chunks and slices of strawberries
- 240-300 grams 70% dark chocolate
- 1-2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Line a medium-sized, rectanular, glass dish with parchment paper.
- In a small pot, melt the dark chocolate with the olive oil (using olive oil instead of butter gives the rich chewy and fudgey texture to the mixture).

Place strawberry chunks in a single layer in the paper-lined glass dish.
- Pour chocolate mixture over the strawberries, and add strawberry slices on top.
- Refrigerate for one hour, lift paper out of glass dish, and cut slab into chunks – however you like, and enjoy!
- Keep in fridge once it’s set.
