
Date Bark
This Date Bark is highly addictive! It’s chewy, crunchy, nutty, and simply incredible. This recipe is very versatile – you can use any nut you fancy or swap the peanut butter for tahini. The options are endless… enjoy!

Yield: 6-8 Servings
Ingredients
- 10 dates, sliced in half
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 125g of chocolate
- ¼ cup of pistachios or any nut you like
Method
- Slice your dates in half.
- Spread them all on a baking sheet.
- With the back of a glass, flatten the dates so they all join together.
- Spread the peanut butter on top and then the melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle on the chopped pistachios.
- Freeze for 1 hour or until set.
