Want to know how fit you are or where you should focus your training? Perhaps you are starting out and want a baseline measurement to which you can compare your progress over time. Using the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (CSEP) Standards and Guidelines, our qualified, certified personal trainers assess cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and posture. A great way to set appropriate goals and increase motivation!
