Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
*The first year of an annual membership is a one-year contract and cannot be cancelled. Upon renewal after the first year, the membership can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
**The month to month membership can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

¹Family – Any two adults, married or living in partnership, with dependent children, (a) up to age 21 if living at home, or (b) up to and including age 23 if in full-time attendance at a post-secondary institution.
²Single Parent – Only one parent or legal guardian living in the household with dependent children.
³Student – Enrolled in full-time, post-secondary school.
⁴Youth – Ages 13 to 17 years of age.
⁵Couple – Married or common-law.
⁶Senior – Ages 65 years and over.
Rates effective from September 1, 2024 to August 31, 2025 and do not include GST.

Member Code of Conduct
The JCC is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all members, visitors, and staff.
- All members are required to scan their cards to enter the JCC. Guests must hand in their guest pass or sign in and pay a drop-in fee.
- Children (seven years of age and younger) must be accompanied by an adult while in the facility. Parents and guardians must follow JCC protocols for signing children in and out of our programs.
- Appropriate attire must be worn at all times. Shirts and shoes are required when inside the JCC.
- We expect persons using the JCC to behave in a mature and responsible manner, respecting the rights and dignity of other members, guests, visitors, and staff.
- Members shall report any suspicious or inappropriate behaviours to JCC staff. Members and guests should not hesitate to notify a staff member if help is needed. Our staff is eager to be of assistance.
The JCC, through its Executive Director and Operations Board, reserves the right to remove from the premises any individual acting in an inappropriate manner and further reserves the right to cancel the membership of any such person.
