Paula Bickford is an experienced and passionate dancer and instructor, leading her to teach Step Dancing to adults in 2000 – a dream come true! – offering classes for beginners through to advanced. Certified as a instructor in Zumba® Gold and Zumba® Toning, Paula’s love for dance and performing has propelled her to pursue studying Ukrainian dance, belly dance, burlesque and country line dance. Paula currently teaches at many facilities around Calgary including seniors residences, community centres, and local schools.
