Yoga Mama and Bloom Baby
Ages: Prenatal to 10 months
For both mamas and mamas-to-be! Bring your baby and enjoy the opportunity for a re-energizing yoga practice. Bond with your baby as you increase your strength and flexibility. We focus on the pelvic floor and rebuilding the body after pregnancy and childbirth. Bring baby's favourite blanket. Classes are open to moms of all levels and babies before they walk.

Baby Barre provides a fun and dynamic workout! Bond with your baby as you sculpt your body and build social connections. This class is a hybrid of pilates yoga, classic dance training, and free weights. It will help you sculpt a shapely physique, lose weight, and improve your overall strength and flexibility. Classes are open to moms of all levels and babies before they can walk. Bring a baby carrier and baby’s favourite blanket.
